WHAT IS KANOIL® AND WHAT IS USED FOR

KANOIL® 25 mg suppositories contain CBD hemp oil, that is oil extract from cannabis or hemp plant that is an annual grassy plant. The oily extract is with proven absence of pesticides and herbicides in the product. The extraction is carried out at low temperature without the use of organic solvents which provides the highest quality of the oil extract.

CBD hemp oil contains cannabinoids, primarily CBD (Cannabidiol), CBN (Cannabinol), CBG (Cannabigerol) and their carboxyl compounds.

Cannabinoids bind to the CB1 and CB2 receptors of the endocannabidial system causing immunomodulating effect (improving the immune system).

CBD hemp oil may also contain terpens, omega fatty acids (omega-3, omega-6,omega-9), flavonoids, phytosterols, amino acids, glycosides, vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, C, D, E, F), pigments, alkanes, nitrogen compounds that are important in the construction of cells, metabolic processes, maintaining the function of many systems and complete improvement of the general health condition.

CBD hemp oil contains THC (9-delta tetrahydrocannabinol) in amount less than 0,2%.

CBD hemp oil can help the body in conditions with malignant diseases, multiplex sclerosis, HIV and epileptic syndromes in childhood.

CBD hemp oil is not a substitute for standard prescribed therapy and especially it is not a substitute for standard therapy of above mentioned diseases.

POSOLOGY AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

KANOIL® 25 mg suppositories are intended for rectal use only.
KANOIL® 25 mg suppositories are recommended when it is necessary to take a single dose of 25 mg CBD at once.
KANOIL® 25 mg suppositories are recommended for individuals with swallowing difficulties or intolerance to KANOIL® oil taste (flavour).

Adults
One KANOIL® 25 mg suppository should be inserted into the rectum once or twice a day, preferably one in the morning and one in the evening.
Use of KANOIL® 25 mg suppositories twice a day (in the morning and in the evening) is individual and consultation with a physician is recommended.
By using KANOIL® 25 mg suppositories twice a day, a daily dose of 50 mg CBD is received.
After applying, it is recommended to remain in lying position for about 15-20 minutes.

Children up to 14 years
One KANOIL® 25 mg suppository should be inserted into the rectum once a day.
By using KANOIL® 25 mg suppositories once a day, a daily dose of 25 mg CBD is received.
After applying, it is recommended to remain in lying position for about 15-20 minutes.
The dose might be increased on the recommendation of a physician.
